A multi-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a streamlined method providing access to authorized agencies to procure Information Technology products and services with pre-vetted terms and conditions.

Emergent currently holds the following Government Contract Vehicles; NASA SEWP V, CIO-CS, GSA (aka Multiple Award Schedule) and two State and Local specific contracts; National IPA and NASPO supporting the fulfillment of Information Technology (including cloud and cloud-related IT professional services) and Communication and Audio-visual products and services.

Additionally, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and Delivery Orders With Options (DOWOs) can be established supporting repetitive procurement needs for products and services reducing the acquisition administrative costs and improve time and resource efficiencies by streamlining the procurement process.

The quality of these contract vehicles supporting your specific procurement requirements are designated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as “Best in Class”.

To start the process of procurement, a RFQ (Request for Quote) or RFI (Request for Information) is released from the agency with the specific procurement scope allowing for a fair and reasonable bidding process.
